File a Grievance
If at any time someone has a complaint, problem, or concern with Our Dwelling Place, please follow the procedure outlined below:
1. All neighbors and residents have the right and are encouraged to communicate their grievances to Our Dwelling Place staff.
2. Grievances shall be forwarded to house owner/operator, Lydia Bethmann.
4. Acknowledgement of receipt of the grievance will be given within one week.
5. Once fully investigated you will be sent a written response describing the actions taken to address the grievance.
